Wiley was an excellent choice to sell these properties. He has a long history of successful selling in the area. His research suggested a fair price. His follow up with potential buyers and me, as the seller, were timely and frequent. His attention to closing details were excellent and much appreciated. He made it an easy and worry free experience.

I met Wiley Elliott for the first time back in 2014. The way Wiley dealt both professionally and on a personal level with my friends while helping them buy their house that year really impressed me. When it was a time for me to buy property, I would not even think about working with anyone other than Wiley. And my choice has proven to be right: Wiley has done an extraordinary job helping me on every level. I have known Wiley Elliott for many years as we were high school classmates at Melbourne High School, and we have numerous mutual friends. I reconnected with Wiley several years ago and we now meet on a weekly basis with friends and former classmates for breakfast. There was a possible stumbling block along the way related to improvements that the prospective home buyers wished to do to the house if purchased, and whether the HOA would allow these improvements, and inquiries if the buyers could get a guarantee prior to the sale that these improvements could indeed be done. The HOA responded that it could not approve any architectural request for change prior to the house sale. Wiley worked with the buyer's representative and with a representative of the HOA to provide the buyers the assurances they needed to continue with the purchase process on the house.

We are very pleased with the way Wiley handled the entire transaction…he kept us well informed on the progress of the sale along the way, what would be required at closing, and the sale was completed in a timely fashion without any other issues.
